This winter we’re rolling out the red carpet for soulful evenings filled with food, stories and song. You will be served a glass of champagne on arrival, a 3-course fine dining menu expertly prepared by our restaurant, and be entertained by some of Australia's most exciting Cabaret performers.
Red Carpet Cabaret sessions runs for 2 hours at 5.30pm and 8.15pm on Fridays & Saturdays and 1pm and 5pm on Sundays. Patrons can book a table for $500 which seats 4 guests ($125pp).

I Rise: Yarning With Shakira

A memorable evening of poetry, yarning and laughs underscored by a live musician, we gather to listen to Shakira Clanton whose impressive list of theatre credits include Henrietta Baird's The Weekend (Sydney Festival/Moogahlin), I'm With Her (Darlinghurst Theatre Company) and Barbara and the Camp Dogs (Belvoir /Queensland Theatre).

Timothy Springs: A Journey Home
Friday 3 July, 5.30pm & 8.15pm
Having trained at Julliard and the Manhattan School of Music, American-born actor Timothy Springs has performed in the Met Opera, NYC Opera, Opera Australia and most recently as Lola in Kinky Boots (Empire Theatre). Featuring spirituals and original works, A Journey Home is an exploration of music influenced and written by African American artists, composers, and poets.
At Last: Elenoa Rokobaro Live in Concert

Get up close and intimate with this multiple award winning musical theatre star of Caroline, Or Change (Hayes Theatre) as she shares songs and stories that have shaped her life. Gifted with a powerhouse voice and accompanied by a live band, this intimate showing will reinvigorate your soul.
